Loading Chrome extensions from VSCode

Avoid manual steps of going into chrome://extensions and loading unpacked extension for testing.

Command: Chrome plugin launcher: Run from VSCode. You will be prompted to choose a directory where your Google extension root is (defaults to your current workspace). Next prompt is for a website to be launched with it.

Chromium new session will be launched with chosen website and installed and enabled plugin.
