Overview

ChatGPT Right Click is a Visual Studio Code extension that allows you to quickly access custom ChatGPT prompts and apply them to selected text from the editor’s right-click context menu.

Getting Started

1. Install the extension
   • Download and install the .vsix file from the Releases or the VS Code Marketplace.
2. Reload VS Code
   • After installation, reload or restart VS Code to activate the extension.
3. Set your OpenAI API key in Extension Settings
4. Set your custom prompts in Extension Settings
5. Usage
   • Right-click on any text selection in the editor.
   • Select ChatGPT Right Click: Run on Selection
   • Choose a prompt
   • The selected text will be replaced with the response from ChatGPT
