Create Polyglot - Button

Adds a button to the Activity Bar to create a new Polyglot Notebook.

This extension is a modification of Create Jupyter - Buttons authored by Nicholas Archer.

These commands are all accessible by searching the pallet via Ctrl+Shift+P. Most of them also have keyboard shortcuts which you can find by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P and searching for Keyboard Shortcuts to open VS Code's Help: Keyboard Shortcut Reference.
