Work with Espruino devices directly in VSCode.

Features

Currently it supports a limited feature set:

• Connect to usb/serial and bluetooth devices
• Interact using terminal
• See the board information (version, flash, etc)
• See and interact with files stored on the device
• Upload a file to the device

Extension Settings

Most of the Espruino configs are exposed as settings.

Known Issues

This is very early stuff, many things might not work and more things have not been properly tested.
