build_runner

Does everything possible to run build_runner on the current file as fast as possible.

Use command+option+b or control+alt+b to fire off build_runner quickly.

Uses cd and dart on the command line. Only tested on macOS.

Retrieves framework instance from dart.flutterSdkPath.
