LuaSec VSCode Extension

LuaSec is a powerful obfuscation tool for Lua scripts, designed to enhance security and protect your code from tampering and reverse engineering. This extension provides an easy-to-use interface for integrating LuaSec obfuscation into your Visual Studio Code environment.

Installation

Prerequisites

• Visual Studio Code (version 1.60 or higher)

Install via VSCode Marketplace

1. Open Visual Studio Code.
2. Go to the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon in the Activity Bar on the side of the window or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+X.
3. Search for LuaSec.
4. Click Install.

Usage

Authenticate with API Key

First, you need to authenticate with your API key. You can get your API key from our Discord bot.

1. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P).
2. Type LuaSec: Set API Key and press Enter.
3. Enter your API key.

Obfuscate Your Script

Now you can obfuscate your script. You can choose between different obfuscation platforms and options.

1. Open the Lua script you want to obfuscate.
2. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P).
3. Type LuaSec: Obfuscate Script and press Enter.
4. Follow the prompts to select your obfuscation options.
