Libertas Object Notation (lion) extensioin

This is an extension for Visual Studio Code providing support for Libertas Object Notation files.

Functionality

• error detection of .lion files
• syntax highlighting for .lion files

Note that support for Libertas Object Schema (lios) has not been implemented yet!
