VsCode base extension for programming Keba PLCs

This is a base extension providing the user with:

• a network scanner to detect KEBA devices
• a basic connection functionality
• device manipulation (start, stop, ..) (planned!)
• ...

Configuration

In order for the connection to be successful provide the following information in the user settings.
