Turbo Typing is an extension for Visual Studio Code that helps improve your typing speed right inside your code editor. Turn routine coding into fun touch-typing practice.

How to Use

1. Open any file in VS Code
2. Type tty: followed by a space to start the session
3. The next word will appear above the input line
4. Start typing!
5. Press Esc to finish

Settings

Open the settings panel via:

• Command Palette (Cmd+Shift+P / Ctrl+Shift+P)
• Select Turbo Typing Settings

Available settings:

• Choose a training word list
• View your typing statistics

Requirements

• Visual Studio Code version 1.60.0 or higher
