Owl 2 Mancherster Syntax language server support for Visual Studio Code

Provides syntax highlighting and rich intellisense for .omn files in VS Code, using the owl-ms language server.

Features

This Language Server works for omn files. It has the following language features:

• Completions
• Diagnostics regenerated on each file change or configuration change
• Go to definition
• Hover
• Semantic tokens

It also includes an End-to-End test.
