Welcome to the Ionic Icons Picker extension!

Features

The ionic-icons-picker extension provides a convenient way to browse and select icons from the Ionic Icons library within Visual Studio Code. With this extension, you can easily search and insert icons into your HTML or CSS files.

To use the extension:

1. Browse the available icons visually, no need to remember exact names.
2. Use the search bar to find icons based on their names.
3. Navigate through the icon list using the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard.
4. Press Enter to select an icon. The name of the icon is automatically copied and the cursor is returned to its last position in the active editor.

To use the extension:

Open the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P). Select the "Pick Ionic Icon" command to open the icon picker.

Requirements

Ionic Icons Picker requires Visual Studio Code version 1.62.0 or later. Please ensure your Visual Studio Code is up to date.

Installation

1. Open Visual Studio Code.
2. Navigate to the Extensions view (Ctrl+Shift+X or Cmd+Shift+X).
3. Search for "Ionic Icons Picker" and click the Install button.
