Getting Started

1. Install Ogg: Add our extension to your Azure DevOps environment by clicking the 'Get' button at the top of this page and following the instructions.
2. Subscribe*: Choose from one of our paid plans or trial it for free.
3. Update settings: Configure your Project Context by going to the Extension Settings area within Azure DevOps.
4. Explore Features: Utilize the magic of The Writer, The Critic or The Sherpa with your own data.

Settings

Ogg offers the capability to personalize settings across all Agents, enabling Ogg to effectively operate within your context.

Consider the above screenshot as an example. When Ogg evaluates a user story, it will take into account the following:

Generic project information

Ogg will recognize that the Azure DevOps project is named Connect AI, described as a Virtual Event Networking Platform with Advanced AI Matching, and is developed using JavaScript, React, HTML5, NodeJS, Python, NoSQL, and PyTorch.

Language and Writing Style

Additionally, it will make sure the output is produced in English with a Default professional tone. You can choose other languages and play around with different writing styles.

Personas

Ogg will utilize Personas from your provided list, ensuring that the analyzed user stories comply with this specification. We strongly suggest that you configure the list of Personas according to your project specification, by describing each persona in a couple of sentences. This will improve the value of Ogg's output.

Definition of Ready

Moreover, Ogg will adhere to your specified Definition of Ready criteria for user stories, allowing you to either create your custom criteria or use Ogg's default list. Consider this as your checklist before the User Story can be passed for development.

With Ogg, you eliminate the need to micromanage how teams formulate their user stories, acting as an overseeing presence. This enables you to achieve the desired consistency across your project's documentation.

Displaying the extension in the ADO work item

By default, the Ogg extension will appear as a separate tab on all work item types.

If you wish to exclude it from certain work item types, you can follow the Microsoft documentation on editing the layout of a particular work item in your ADO process.

Security

We don't store your company data on our servers, nor do we use it for training our AI models. When you submit a request through Ogg, your data is safely encrypted, sent to our APIs, which then pass it to the AI models to do their magic. Once the magic is done, it's encrypted again and sent back to your Azure DevOps page. You can read more about how we manage security here.
