Imprint creates a portable collaboration profile that makes every AI coding agent understand how you work. Install once in VS Code, and your preferences automatically apply across Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini, Codex, Windsurf, and 13+ other agents.

What It Does

When you first interact with any AI agent after installing Imprint, the agent has a short conversation with you, not about your project, about you: how you debug, how you plan, how you write commits, what you prefer.

That conversation becomes a portable profile (under 500 tokens) stored alongside your code. Every session after that, the agent applies your preferences automatically.
