Dark Blue Electric Theme

This is the Dark Blue Electric theme from High Speed Dirt

This is my first attempt at a theme, so it is bound to leave something to be desired, but I did try to get a good start.

• It's a dark theme. We all love dark themes.
• It's very colorful. Probably not everyone's taste, but I hope some of you like it.
