Sync Visual Studio Code recent files to Neovim's recent list

Extension Settings

This extension contributes the following settings:

• NeoVimSync.nvimLocation: the location of nvim executable
• NeoVimSync.enable: enable/disable this extension
• NeoVimSync.loggingEnabled: enable/disable logging to developer tools

Known Issues

the recent list will be updated after the files in vscode have been saved. viewing the files won't update the recent list
