GD32 Nexus

GD32 Nexus graphical peripheral configuration tool, packaged for VS Code (Windows x64 only). It is used by GD32 DevSuite for VSCode to create GD Projects and to open .gdc files.

  • This extension contains no runtime code; it only installs the GD32Nexus/ folder (GUI, CLI, bundled JRE and chip resources).
  • Installed automatically with GD32 DevSuite for VSCode, or manually via Extensions: Install from VSIX....
  • Large package (about 860 MB after extraction); a long install time is normal.
  • Local use only (no Remote-SSH / WSL / container). If install fails because of long paths, enable Windows LongPathsEnabled.
  • Logs: %LOCALAPPDATA%\GD32Nexus\logs

License

See the LICENSE file in the extension folder (%USERPROFILE%\.vscode\extensions\gigadevicesemiconductor.gd32-nexus-<version>-win32-x64\LICENSE). VS Code only shows a License link for Marketplace extensions, not for VSIX installs.
