ManageRBLX

ManageRBLX is a lightweight kanban board that lives inside VS Code. No browser tabs, no external accounts — just a fast, focused workspace for keeping your team's work organized.

What it does

ManageRBLX gives you a drag-and-drop task board with columns you define. Each task supports a description, urgency level, owner assignment, deadline, a step-by-step checklist, and threaded notes. Every action is logged to an activity feed so nothing gets lost.

Teams can collaborate through Spaces — shared boards identified by a six-character invite code. Create a space, share the code, and your teammates join from their own VS Code install. All data persists locally per workspace.

Opening the board

Three ways to launch:

Spaces

A Space is an isolated board with its own columns, tasks, and team list.

• Create — give it a name and you'll receive a six-character code
• Join — enter a code shared by your team lead
• Switch — click the space name in the top bar at any time

Spaces are stored in VS Code's global state, so they persist across sessions and projects.

Tasks

Each task card holds:

• Title and description
• Urgency (High / Medium / Low)
• Owner (assigned from your space's team list)
• Optional deadline with overdue highlighting
• Checklist steps with a live progress bar
• Notes thread

Drag cards between columns to move them. Double-click a column heading to rename it inline.

VS Code 1.80.0 or later. No internet connection required.

Use the Export button in the top bar to download your current space as a JSON file.
