Trello Nanagement is a lightweight, offline-first kanban extension for Visual Studio Code. Manage tasks, track progress, and organize your work right where you code.
No external tools. No accounts. No cloud sync. Everything runs locally.

Installation
VS Code Marketplace
Open Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X / Cmd+Shift+X)
Search for Trello Manager
Click Install
From VSIX
Open the Extensions menu
Select Install from VSIX
Choose your downloaded file

Open the board with the keyboard shortcut:

Create a workspace
Click New
Enter a workspace name and your display name
Share the generated invite code with your team
Join a workspace
Click Join
Enter the invite code

Click any card to open and edit it
Move tasks between columns from within the edit modal
Add tags, priority, checklists, and notes as needed
Delete tasks from the item view
