How to create a token to publish

1. Go to the Azure DevOps organization [https://dev.azure.com/FlorisFeddma].
2. Generate a new Personal Access Token
3. Give it access to all organizations
4. Give it all marketplace permissions.
5. Upload it to the Github Actions secrets.
