FMZ Strategy Sync

Sync strategies to the platform on save, with code hints for JavaScript, TypeScript, Python and Rust.

Sync: add a // fmz@<token> comment (# fmz@<token> in Python) to a strategy file. Saving uploads it to the strategy that owns the token.

Code hints: open your strategy folder and run FMZ: Set Up Code Hints in This Folder, or accept the prompt when you open a strategy with a token. Python needs Pylance, Rust needs rust-analyzer.
