Launch VS Code Quick Open (Ctrl+P), paste the following command, and press enter.

Simple extension that allows developers to upload code snippets SourceBin for easier sharing

Features

  • SourceBin.uploadToBin: Upload code to SourceBin
  • SourceBin.saveBin: Add file with code from a SourceBin link
  • Supports Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, JSON

Usage

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (or ⌘ + Shift + P for Mac)
  • Type SourceBin.uploadToBin and click Enter to upload all the selected code to SourceBin (or all the code if none is selected)
  • Type SourceBin.saveBin, an input box will appear. You will need to put a SourceBin code. The code in the sourcebin will be saved as a file in your project directory
  • Optionally there is a button in the status bar you can click
