Setup

1. Create Notion Integration

1. Go to https://www.notion.so/my-integrations
2. Click "+ New integration"
3. Name it "NotionSync GTM"
4. Copy the Internal Integration Token

2. Create Notion Database

Create a new database in Notion with these columns:

• Contact Name (title)
• Company (text)
• Email (email)
• Title (text)
• Status (select: ready_to_send, sent, opened, replied, demo_scheduled, closed_won, closed_lost)
• Priority Score (number)
• Sent Date (date)
• Segment (select)

3. Connect Database to Integration

1. Open your database in Notion
2. Click "..." menu → "Add connections"
3. Select your "NotionSync GTM" integration

4. Configure VSCode

1. Open VSCode Settings (Cmd/Ctrl+,)
2. Search for "NotionSync GTM"
3. Set your Notion Token
4. Set your Database ID (from database URL)

Usage

Sync Campaign

Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P → "NotionSync GTM: Sync Campaign to Notion"

This reads your send_tracker.json and pushes all contacts to Notion.

Update Lead Status

Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P → "NotionSync GTM: Update Lead Status"

Quick picker to update any lead's status in Notion.

Requirements

• VSCode 1.80.0 or higher
• Notion account
• send_tracker.json file in your workspace (for campaign sync)

Extension Settings

• notionsyncGTM.notionToken: Your Notion integration token
• notionsyncGTM.databaseId: Your Notion database ID
