Provides access to Work from Entuent Projects from within VS Code.

Intended for use by Entuent team members and clients.

• Lists all projects and work from those projects that the user has access to.
• Lists all work within the user's workpile
• Allows the specification of work to be edited as a markdown file directly in VS Code
