Usage

The Docusign Developer Terms and Conditions (in particular Section 4 “Early Access or Beta Developer Tools”) and the Docusign Privacy Notice apply to your use of this Extension, in addition to your applicable Visual Studio Code and Github Copilt licensing agreements. Access to the Docusign Visual Studio Code Extension is only available with an active, current Docusign Developer Account.

The Docusign Visual Studio Code Extension is a Developer Tool (as defined in the Docusign Developer Terms and Conditions) that allows you to create or upload content while using the Extension. You are solely responsible for the content of, and for any harm resulting from, any content that you post, upload, link to or otherwise make available via the Extension, regardless of the form of that content.
