Generate a JSDoc compatible with typescript

How to use

1. Select the entire line of a function
2. Press ctrl+shift+p
3. Type generate jsdoc
4. Choose generate jsdoc

This extension contributes the following settings:

• jsdoc.author: Author name to be inserted automatically
• jsdoc.insertDate: Insert the current date automatically
