Direct Codex Usage

Display Codex model usage and account limits directly in the VS Code status bar.

The extension uses the local Codex CLI app-server when available. It does not read or parse authentication tokens. If the installed Codex version does not expose account rate limits, the status bar clearly reports that usage is unavailable.
