Vue Base Template Generator by Jean-Eric Espiegle

1. Right-Click on the folder where you want the empty template to be generated
2. Select Create New Vue Template
3. Enter your Vue Template Name (e.g TestTemplate, NewTemplate)
4. The file will be generated in the folder with template tags, style scoped tags, script tags with watch, props, methods, data already placed
