Debounce

Debounce is an easy-to-use, adjustable accessibility extension for users with hand tremors.

Simple in principle, simple in implementation. Let's make VSCode more accessible!

Installation

Restart VSCode after installation, or use one of the commands to start Debounce.

Features

Tip: All features are available in commands.

Commands

To set a new delay value, run the 'Set Delay in Millis' command.

Set Delay in Millis

To display the current debounce delay value, run the 'Display Delay in Millis' command.

Display Delay in Millis

To display the number of error corrections made since you last switched editor views, and session lifetime totals, run the 'Display Number of Errors Corrected' command.

Display Corrections

You can also use the 'Enable Feedback' and 'Disable Feedback' commands to toggle information messages.

Requirements

Debounce runs as-is with no dependencies.

Extension Settings

Settings are only adjusted via commands.

Known Issues

Debounce has no current known issues.

Fixed Issues

Debounce on backspace/delete within delay period will remove remainder of the current line since published version. Please check the changelog for expected update.(Highest Priority)
