Posting for VS Code

Runs the Posting TUI HTTP client inside a VS Code editor tab, the same way vscode-yazi embeds yazi.

Requirements

The posting CLI must be installed and on your PATH (e.g. brew install posting).

Posting: Open — opens Posting in a new editor tab, using posting.collectionDirectory if set, otherwise the first workspace folder.
Posting: Open Collection Here — right-click a folder in the Explorer to open Posting with that folder as its collection directory.

Re-running a command against the same collection reveals the existing tab instead of opening a duplicate.
