Visual Studio Code CrossMobile support

With this plugin it is possible to launch CrossMobile projects from within VSC environment. Just open the command palette (usually with F1 or ⇧ ⌘ P), search for crossmobile and select the required target.

Note, maven should be installed and accessible in your $PATH for the plugin to function properly.
