Better Material Theme Darker High Contrast

A "better" version of Material Theme's Darker High Contrast (v2.9.0).

Changes

• Made line numbers and comments easier to read so it's less eye straining
• Overview ruler on the right includes brighter colors
• Cursor and current line no. are green
• Status bar has become bright green (easier to read!)
• Code change markers in the gutter (left side) are brigher.
  • Bright red for code deletions, bright green for additions, and yellow for code changes.
• Editor inlay hints are less visible to not be confused with actual code
