Usage

Opening the Extension

Find "🔥🔥🔥" in the Activity Bar sidebar to open the GIF viewer.

Controls

▶/⏹ Music Button (top right of GIF, shows on hover) - Play/stop cooking soundtrack
- Hidden when stopped (shows on hover)
- Always visible when playing with pulsating animation
Skip Button (title bar, chevron icon) - Skip to next GIF
Refresh Button (title bar) - Reload GIF list

Configuration

Open VS Code Settings and search for "funnyCookingGifs" to customize:

Display Duration - How long to show each GIF in seconds (default: 90)
Auto Play - Automatically cycle through GIFs (default: true)

GIF likes/favorites — heart button appears on hover; click to like. Likes persist per machine across sessions. (all data local)
Optimized GIF playback — GIF list is pre-loaded and shuffled (Fisher-Yates), then played sequentially. No more immediate repeats; reshuffles when the list is exhausted.
UI polish — hover effects on the like button, improved GIF container sizing, and new layout wrapper.
Packaging cleanup — added .vscodeignore to exclude dev files from the published extension.
