CodeLift for Visual Studio Code

This extension allows you to send your currently open workspace to Codelift.io. CodeLift will analyze your repository and build a Dockerfile for it. It will then download the Dockerfile and other associated files directly to your current workspace.

To use the extension:

  • Open a project with a Github repository.
  • Push any pending local commits.
  • Press F1 and run the command 'Create Dockerfile'.
  • If it is your first time using it this session you will be prompted to enter your CodeLift username and password.
