Setup

The extension registers an MCP server named CodeAIAssistant under the MCP: Servers view. It will be available as soon as VS Code finishes starting up.

Requirements

• VS Code 1.1.0 or newer
• No additional dependencies

Privacy

The extension does not collect or transmit code outside the local VS Code process. All analysis runs locally.
