How it works

When your AI tool is processing — running inference, generating completions, thinking — ClaudeCash opens a small sponsored panel beside your editor. Advertisers bid for that slot. You earn 50% of every impression, automatically.

No code is read. No prompts are touched. The ad appears only during wait time you'd otherwise spend watching a spinner.

Privacy

ClaudeCash communicates only with the ClaudeCash backend at claudecash.com. It sends:

Your API key (to credit impressions to your account)
Per-impression events (ad ID, visible time)

ClaudeCash never reads your code, prompts, completions, or any chat content.

Compatibility

Works with any VS Code AI extension that triggers loading states — GitHub Copilot, Continue, Codeium, Cursor, Claude Code. If no AI activity is detected, ClaudeCash stays idle. It will never break your editor.

FAQ

Does this affect my AI tools? No. ClaudeCash only renders a side panel during wait time. All AI features work exactly as before.

How do I get paid? Earnings are tracked at claudecash.com. Visit your dashboard to view balance and set up payouts.

Can I turn it off? Yes — set claudecash.enabled to false in settings or uninstall at any time.

Is my code safe? ClaudeCash has no access to your code, prompts, or AI responses.
