CHMOD777 is a developer stats tracker that runs quietly in the background while you code. It counts everything from characters typed, lines written, time spent, commits made, builds run, and more and it syncs it all to your personal profile on the CHMOD777 website so you can see your progress over time.
Getting started
Install the extension from the VS Code marketplace
Click the CHMOD777 panel in your sidebar
Sign up for a free account (or log in if you already have one)
Open a folder in VS Code and start coding — that's it
Your stats sync automatically every 30 seconds and whenever you close a project.

The first official launch of the chmod777 application. The extension is a tool used to track your stats for a project but the catch is that itll only track coded items. Anything coopied and pasted would not be considered in your overall stats. You will be able to establish an account creating a user as well as providng an email and a password which will establish your account and unique tag. This will also be able to be seen on the official chmod777 site where you can not only view all of your stats but compare your stats with friends as well. :)
