Bootstrap Snippet Kit

Bootstrap 5 custom snippets for Visual Studio Code.

Included library

This release contains 67 HTML snippets grouped into Alerts, Badges, Buttons, Cards, Carousel, Dropdowns, Forms, List Group, Modals, Navbar, Pagination, Progress, Tables, Tabs, Toasts, Tooltips, Layout and Flex.

New layout snippets: bs-page-scaffold, bs-bootstrap-init, bs-footer-site, bs-search-bar, bs-toast-container.

All built-in snippets are maintained by the extension developer and are bundled with the extension.

Development

npm install
npm run compile

Press F5 in VS Code to run the Extension Development Host.

Type bs- in an HTML/Blade file and select a component from IntelliSense.

Snippet maintenance

npm run fix-snippets      # strip artifacts and ensure required snippets exist
npm run validate-snippets # verify snippets.json integrity
npm run build:demo        # rebuild demo/techmart-store-v2.html

Demo store page

Open demo/techmart-store-v2.html in a browser (or run a local server in demo/). The page is assembled from fixed snippets including search bar, footer, toast container and bootstrap init.
