A lightweight, independent extension for testing Visual Studio Marketplace
upload, installation, and command activation. This is not the production
BDD Appium Toolkit.
Try it
Install the VSIX or the test extension from Marketplace after publishing.
Open the Command Palette with Ctrl+Shift+P (Cmd+Shift+P on macOS).
Run Appium Sandbox Demo: Open Test Welcome Page.
An orange SANDBOX DEMO welcome page confirms the command works.

Independent command and webview IDs.
No MCP servers, Python dependencies, device operations, telemetry, or network
requests from the extension.
Does not read or write production extension settings or MCP configuration.
Does not automatically open a page when VS Code starts.
Uninstall this test extension after testing if it is no longer needed.
Keep the production BDD Appium Toolkit installed independently.
Development
Run npm test for the local command and isolation checks.
From the AutoGenesis-Mobile checkout, run npm run package to package using
the existing sibling toolkit's vsce installation; no dependency install is needed.
The resulting VSIX must be uploaded separately under the BingbingNiu publisher.
