Markdown formatter for Visual Studio code using markdownfmt.

Configuration:

• markdownfmt.disableFormatter: Disable the markdownfmt formatter.
• markdownfmt.command: The command used to run markdownfmt. Useful in case you want to specify full path of the binary or other custom options.
