OpenPLX plugin for Visual Studio Code

Adds support for .openplx files in visual studio code.

Language server support

The plugin works with the official AGX language server if you have installed AGX Dynamics. On windows the plugin will try to find your AGX install and setup the language server automatically but if you are running an other OS or it fails you can run the command "Configure the OpenPLX extension to use the AGX language server" with:

Ctrl + Shift + P -> "Configure the OpenPLX extension to use the AGX language server"

And select the folder where AGX Dynamics is installed.

There is also a "Add OpenPLX bundle path" option:

Ctrl + Shift + P -> "Add OpenPLX bundle path"

If you want the language server to pick up your local bundles.
