Advibing

Your AI agent is already working. Now it pays you. ✦

Passive income while Claude Code and Codex run — a single, tasteful sponsored line appears only while your agent is actually working, and your balance grows with every impression. No banners. No popups. Nothing while you read or type. Cash out to your bank whenever you want.

Claude Code and Codex run for minutes at a time while you wait. Advibing turns that idle-but-busy time into real money. Advertisers bid for one small, clearly-labeled slot in your agent's spinner; you keep up to 50% of the clearing price. You just keep coding — earning from Claude Code ads and Codex ads that credit a single balance.

One install — everything wired

Installing the extension gives you the complete Advibing experience. There's no separate CLI to set up and nothing to configure.

  • 🖥️ Terminal earning, on by default. Advibing adds the sponsored line to your Claude Code terminal automatically — fully reversible, and it only ever touches your own Claude Code settings. The line and a sponsor word in the spinner show while the agent works.
  • 🪟 In-panel overlay, one click. Show the same line right inside the Claude Code / Codex panel — it rides along in the agent's spinner while it's thinking. Fully reversible; a single click restores the panel exactly as it was.
  • 🔗 One account, everywhere. The terminal and the panel share a single device identity, so every impression credits the same balance no matter where you earn it.

The Advibing panel

Click the ✦ Advibing icon in the Activity Bar (or the status bar) for a live dashboard:

  • Withdrawable · Today · Lifetime earnings, plus impressions and clicks — in your local currency.
  • Link your account in one click; the browser flow confirms right back in the editor.
  • Pause / resume terminal earning, toggle the in-panel overlay, and dial ad intensity (0–100%) — every CLI control, as a button or a slider.

Only while it's working

This is the whole idea. The sponsored line lives in the agent's spinner — it appears when Claude or Codex is genuinely computing and disappears the moment it goes quiet. An idle editor shows nothing. You never get a banner, a sidebar ad, or anything competing for your attention while you read or type.

When no sponsor is bidding, the slot shows a gentle, clickable ✦ Advibing — sponsors wanted → instead of a random ad. Every paid line is always clearly marked “Ad.”

Private by design

Advibing never sees your code, your prompts, or your output. Only anonymous impression and click counts — plus anti-fraud signals — ever leave your machine. The device identity that tracks your earnings is not tied to your source. Read the privacy policy →

Real payouts

Advertisers fund campaigns up front and pay a second-price clearing rate for verified, work-gated exposure. You earn up to 50% of that clearing price — credited per impression, and a click is worth ~50 impressions. Earnings clear after a short fraud-hold, then you withdraw to your bank through Stripe once you pass the minimum (WeChat payouts coming). Actual money, not points.

Start earning in under a minute

  1. Install Advibing — terminal earning switches on automatically (reversible).
  2. Open the panel and click Link account — sign in once in your browser.
  3. Keep coding. Your balance grows whenever your agent works; watch it in the status bar.

Prefer to switch it on yourself? You can turn off auto-start in the extension's settings — then nothing happens until you enable it from the panel.

Everything you control

From the Advibing panel (or the Command Palette) you can link your account, pause or resume earning, set the ad intensity anywhere from 0–100%, turn the in-panel line on or off, and remove Advibing completely at any time — your account and earnings are always kept.

FAQ

Will it slow down or change my agent? No. The line only renders in the spinner while the agent works, and reverts cleanly. Removing Advibing restores your Claude Code settings exactly.

Does it work with Codex too? Yes — the in-panel overlay supports both the Claude Code and Codex panels.

Is it really reversible? Yes. Both surfaces are fully opt-out, and a single click restores your editor exactly as it was — nothing is left behind.

Do I have to show ads all the time? No. Set the intensity anywhere from 0 to 100% — at 50% the line shows about half the time and the rest stays clean. At 0% you earn nothing, by design.
