VS Code Extension

This is a simple VS Code extension that adds a "Hello World" command.

Features

• Displays a popup message saying "Hello from My Extension!"

How to Use

1. Open VS Code.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+P and type "Say Hello".
3. Click the command to see the message.

Installation

• Download and install the .vsix file (if manually installing).
• Or publish it to the VS Code Marketplace using vsce publish.
