1Minute Break is a VS Code extension designed to help developers maintain a healthy work routine by providing regular reminders for breaks, hydration, and custom activities.

Installation
Open Visual Studio Code
Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on macOS) to open the Quick Open dialog
Type ext install 1minute-break and press Enter
Restart VS Code after the installation is complete
Usage
Starting the Extension
Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P on macOS)
Type "Start 1Minute Break" and select it
Configuring Settings
Open the Command Palette
Type "Open 1Minute Break Settings" and select it
Adjust the following settings:
Reminder Interval (in minutes)
Daily Water Glass Target
Custom Reminders
During a Break
When a break reminder appears:
Complete the suggested activities
Use the water glass tracker to log your water intake
Review and act on your custom reminders
Click "Back to Work" when you're ready to resume coding
