This is a VSCode langauge extension

Adds syntax highlighting for .moss files, moss is a backwards compatible superset of yaml. to learn more look here:

Known Issues

Not coloring correctly for deep nesting with 'flow' statements. Nesting with 'block' statements is fine. See yaml 1.2 spec for definitions of flow vs block.
