Installation
- Install Visual Studio Code 1.10.0 or higher
- Launch VS Code
- Hit
Cmd-Shift-P (macOS) or Ctrl-Shift-P (Windows, Linux)
- Select
Install Extension
- Choose the extension

- Reload Visual Studio Code
