Highlight Comment Tags

Adding support for highlighting C/C++ comment tags like a TODO, NOTE and etc.

Supported tags

• TODO
• NOTE
• DEBUG
• FIXME
• FIXED

Features

• Enable or disable highlighting for all comment tags
• Customize foreground color for each tag using Options Page in Visual Studio Options
