The Telerik ASP.NET Splitter control provides a clean and elegant way to separate content within your Web application. Control the layout of your UIs with multiple resizable areas and sliding, expand/collapse capabilities, dockable panels just like in Visual Studio .Net. Each layout can be indefinitely nested with splitters, whose state is automatically persisted on the server and can be saved/loaded through the extensive API.

Create layouts separated in a horizontal or vertical way—or combine them both for a unique user experience and easy navigation.
Flexible Server- and Client-Side API

Sliding Panes
The Splitter control gives you the ability to define panes which can slide in or out of the content area. These panes can also be pinned or unpinned enabling users to easily access the information they’re most interested in.
Nested splitters
To achieve more complex scenarios, you can nest several splitters into one another and alter their orientation. You can place a horizontal splitter inside a vertical one or vice versa to help users resize panes in multiple directions.
State
The Splitter component is programmed to remember its state, so the next time the user opens the web application, the same panes are displayed in their appropriate dimensions.
External content
Load content from external pages into the Splitter’s panes, allowing the users to browse other websites without leaving the page.
Accessibility and Internationalization
The Telerik Rad Splitter is accessible to screen readers and complies with all accessibility standards—WAI-ARIA, WCAG 2.1 and Section 508. RTL support is available for languages like Arabic and Hebrew, in which users read from right to left. You can satisfy any script preference by toggling between left-to-right and right-to-let alignment with only a few settings.
