Hide Lightbulb Margin

A Visual Studio 2015/2017/2019 addon that hides the editor margin that shows the "lightbulb" icon which reminds me of clippy.

Note: this extension has known issues with the "quick actions" feature in Visual Studio -- the "quick actions" feature gets disabled if you install this. Please install only if you are ok with this.
