IISReset

For web development do IIS Reset is a regular action, but there is not way to do it quickly from Visual Studio.

You may need to restart Internet Information Services (IIS) before certain configuration changes take effect, or when applications become unavailable


This usefull extension will allow to do IIS Reset easily.

This is a super useful extension which I use daily for web development. I have recompiled and updated the manifest for it to work with Visual Studio 2017.
