This tool affects the section "Pending Changes" in Team Explorer. It allows the user to swap the edited files in "Included Changes" and "Excluded Changes". This speeds up the process of shelving or checking in of different sets of edited files. Shortcut key (recommended Alt+S) can be assigned for faster use of the tool.
